yoga and meditation

so today after going to the high school and playing wall ball (for lax) i came home and worked out on our swing set
yaay
twas really good, i did a buncha different styles off pull ups, flexed arm hangs, regular arm hangs and in between these i used the heavy bag
and that was kewl because my old neighbor came over and told me to go to the Haverstraw boxing thing they could use big strong kids like you
but besides that after i came inside and my legs where really sore from squatting yesterday...
so back to the mediation and yoga
so after all off that happened i went into my room burned some essential oils and just did yoga and meditated for like an hour
i feel all good and refreshed
now im ready to get my dance on for Dani's sweet 16
ima gunna look BALLA


and p.s. everyone who hasn't tryed yoga or anything should try it cause it realys helps
