working out with adam

so ya today i took adam with me to workout at world gym
he never realy works out much so i figured id give him so pointers on how to improve his form and such
we warmed up on the bike machines
twas pretty easy
then we started squating
we did alota alota reps
i pretty much maxed out at 325
he only did 245
well hes a noob anyway
and we did alota awesome exercises
like weighted lunges
good mornings
grip things (he did 85, i did 125)
and ended with some ab and jumping thing
i did 19 boxs
he did 14
